We are searching a civil site superviser to manage daily in office construction activities, coordinates workers and subcontractors, and ensures civil engineering projects are built safely, on schedule, and according to structural blueprints and quality standards.
Experience: Min. 5 years experience is required
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing day-to-day activities, assigning tasks, balancing shift or team schedules, and tracking progress.
- Track inventory, oversee incoming material deliveries, minimize waste, and coordinate machinery/equipment deployment.
- Maintain daily site logs, track worker attendance, document milestones, and report updates to the Project Manager or Site Engineer.
Salary: 20,000-30,000/ month Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
