- Supervise daily civil work, including RCC roads, drainage, and infrastructure development.
- Monitor labour, contractors, material usage, and work progress.
- Ensure work quality as per drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with Civil Engineers, contractors, and site sales teams.
- Maintain daily site progress reports and ensure workplace safety.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in civil construction or site supervision, Freshers are welcome.
- Knowledge of construction materials, drawings, and site execution.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.
