Company: Drilltech Engineers Private Limited Location: Mumbai Experience: Minimum 2–3 Years Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering Job ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage piling foundation work at construction sites. Handle bored cast-in-situ piling operations using hydraulic rotary piling rigs. Monitor pile drilling, reinforcement cage installation, tremie concreting and pile casting.
Maintain daily progress reports, pile records, concrete consumption and drilling logs. Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, consultants and clients. Ensure piling work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.
Monitor manpower, machinery, materials and daily site productivity. Identify site issues related to soil conditions, hard rock, pile depth and equipment operation, and coordinate for timely resolution.
Ensure quality control and compliance with site safety procedures.
Prepare daily work reports and coordinate with the billing team for measurement and quantity verification.
Required
SkillsPractical experience in piling and foundation work. Knowledge of pile drawings, reinforcement details and concrete requirements. Ability to manage site workers, equipment operators and daily work schedules. Valuable communication, coordination and reporting skills. Willingness to travel to project sites in Mumbai.
