Job Summary The Civil Site Supervisor will oversee daily construction and installation activities at project sites in Mumbai and Ahmedabad, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines, quality standards, and project timelines. The role includes supervising labour and installation teams, coordinating materials, and maintaining smooth site operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day on-site construction and installation activities.
- Ensure proper installation in accordance with project specifications, drawings, and quality requirements.
- Monitor installation teams and labour to maintain productivity and work efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety procedures, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with project teams, civil engineers, contractors,
and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate material availability and usage to avoid delays at site.
- Identify and resolve on-site challenges and maintain daily work progress reports.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction site supervision.
- Solid leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction plans, and technical drawings.
- Knowledge of construction safety standards, site regulations, and quality practices.
