Role Description The Civil Project Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This role involves preparing and reviewing civil engineering designs, drawings, and technical specifications for real estate and development projects.

The Civil Project

Engineer will coordinate site development activities, oversee stormwater management solutions, and work closely with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure designs are implemented correctly. Daily responsibilities include monitoring construction progress, performing site inspections, enforcing quality control standards, and resolving technical issues that arise during execution. The role also includes preparing reports, maintaining documentation,



supporting regulatory approvals, and ensuring projects comply with safety, environmental, and local authority requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design, with the ability to interpret and produce detailed drawings and plans.
- Experience in Site Development, including grading, utilities planning, road layouts, and coordination with multidisciplinary project teams.
- Practical knowledge of Stormwater Management, drainage design, and related infrastructure in urban real estate projects.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Quality Control, including site inspections, material checks, and adherence to standards and specifications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field; relevant skilled certifications are an advantage.
- Familiarity with industry-standard design and drafting software (such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar tools).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and project timelines.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams, external consultants, and site personnel.
