Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site.

- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, workers, and project managers.

- Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship at the site.

- Ensure construction activities are completed within the planned schedule.

- Check site measurements and assist with quantity calculations and material requirements.

- Maintain daily site progress reports and other relevant documentation.

- Ensure compliance with site safety rules and quality standards.

- Identify site-related issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.

- Assist in material planning,



resource allocation, and project execution.

Eligibility Criteria

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

- Freshers are welcome to apply.

- Basic knowledge of civil construction methods and engineering drawings.

- Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Excel will be an added advantage.

- Positive communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

- Willingness to travel or relocate to project locations, if required.

- Ability to work effectively in a site-based environment.
