We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to manage and supervise construction activities for our commercial and building development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction and site execution.
- Ensure construction work follows approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and site teams.
- Review AutoCAD drawings, BOQs, measurements, and material requirements.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and construction costs.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and applicable building regulations.
- Resolve technical issues and prepare regular site progress reports.
- Ensure timely completion of construction work.
Eligibility Criteria:
- B.Tech in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in commercial buildings and large-scale construction projects preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction drawings, BOQs, site supervision, and project execution.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
