We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer specializing in Billing and Site Measurement, with solid expertise in quantity estimation, measurement verification, contractor billing, and construction documentation. The candidate should be capable of handling site measurements, preparing accurate bills, and ensuring that quantities and payments comply with approved drawings and project specifications.

Key Requirements

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in civil construction, billing, and site measurement.

- Strong knowledge of quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, and measurement books (MB).

- Experience in contractor bills, running account (RA) bills, and final bill preparation.

- Ability to read and interpret civil and structural drawings.

- Knowledge of rate analysis, quantity surveying, and material reconciliation.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.

- Strong numerical, analytical, documentation, and coordination skills.
