Role Summary The COO will lead the company’s day-to-day operations and turn strategy into execution. This role is accountable for growth, efficiency, profitability and cross-functional alignment.

Key Responsibilities

- Work with the CEO to build the company’s strategy, annual plan and budget, and drive their execution.

- Lead all operating functions (operations, sales support, finance, HR, supply chain, customer service) and track their KPIs.

- Design and improve processes, SOPs and systems to reduce cost and improve quality and turnaround time.

- Hire, mentor and manage the senior leadership team and their performance.

- Run monthly MIS, dashboards and performance reviews, and make data-driven decisions.

- Manage strategic relationships with vendors, partners and key clients.

- Ensure risk management, compliance and legal requirements are met.





- Plan and launch recent markets, products and expansion initiatives.

Requirements

- 15+ years of experience, including at least 5 years in senior leadership (VP / GM / COO level).

- Proven track record across multiple industries (for example manufacturing, real estate, retail, services, tech or trading).

- Experience owning a P&L;, scaling a business and leading turnarounds.

- MBA or equivalent degree (tier-1 institute preferred).

- Strong analytical, negotiation, communication and people-management skills.

- Fluent in English and Hindi.

- Willing to work from Gurugram.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
