- About the Company and Role

We are seeking an experienced and technically competent Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the technical operations, engineering functions, and infrastructure development activities of our EV Charging Station and Infrastructure Development business.

The ideal candidate should possess robust technical expertise in power electronics, electrical infrastructure, EV charging technologies, and project execution, along with the ability to lead technical teams and oversee projects from planning through commissioning.

- Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Infrastructure Development

- Lead the technical planning, design, development, installation, and commissioning of EV charging stations and associated infrastructure.
- Oversee power electronics systems, EV chargers, power conversion equipment, and electrical integration.
- Supervise electrical infrastructure development, including power distribution, LT/HT systems, transformers, cabling, earthing, and protection systems, as applicable.
- Conduct technical feasibility studies, site assessments, load calculations, and power availability evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable electrical safety standards, technical regulations, and statutory requirements.

Project Management & Execution

- Manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery, quality, cost control, and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with electricity distribution authorities, contractors, vendors, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
- Oversee equipment selection,



technical evaluations, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance.
- Identify technical challenges, troubleshoot system issues, and implement effective corrective actions.
- Develop standard operating procedures, preventive maintenance schedules, and quality assurance processes.

Team Management & Business Support

- Lead, mentor, and supervise technical engineers, technicians, and project teams.
- Allocate resources, monitor project progress, and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Support business development through technical proposals, project costing, feasibility assessments, and customer consultations.
- Evaluate emerging EV charging technologies and recommend cost-effective, reliable, and scalable solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement in system performance, safety, reliability, and operational standards.

3. Educational Qualifications
- B.E. / B.Tech in Power Electronics, or
- B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE).

4. Required Experience & Technical Competencies
- Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in power electronics, EV charging infrastructure, electrical engineering projects, or related technical fields.
- Strong understanding of power conversion systems, electrical integration, charging technologies, and associated infrastructure.
- Practical experience in technical project management, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance.
- Knowledge of electrical safety, applicable technical standards, and statutory compliance.




- Experience in team leadership, vendor management, contractor coordination, and project execution.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Experience:

- Previous experience in EV charging station development, EV infrastructure, power electronics, renewable energy, or power distribution projects.
- Practical exposure to LT/HT electrical systems, transformers, switchgear, protection systems, and electrical load management.
- Experience in coordinating with electricity distribution companies and obtaining relevant project approvals.
- Ability to independently manage technical operations and lead infrastructure development projects.

5. Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will be a technically strong, results-oriented professional capable of taking ownership of technical operations and infrastructure projects. The candidate should demonstrate leadership, accountability, effective stakeholder management, and a commitment to delivering safe, reliable, and commercially viable EV charging solutions.

Willingness to travel to project sites as required is essential.

- Compensation & Benefits

- Monthly Salary: ₹70,000 – ₹75,000.
- Travel Allowance / Daily Allowance: TA/DA as per company policy.
- Work Location: Kochi, Kerala.
