Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Chief Security Officer to manage security operations across construction sites, project locations, offices, and company properties, ensuring the safety of employees, assets, materials, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement security policies and procedures.
- Manage security teams, supervisors, guards, and agencies.
- Oversee CCTV, access control, gate passes, and vehicle movement.
- Prevent theft, pilferage, vandalism, and unauthorized entry.
- Conduct security audits, risk assessments, and site inspections.
- Coordinate emergency response and incident investigations.
- Liaise with police, fire services, and government authorities.
- Manage security budgets, manpower deployment, and duty rosters.




- Ensure compliance with security protocols and company policies.
- Report security risks and performance to senior management.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Retired defence, police, or paramilitary personnel preferred.
- Solid leadership, risk management, and crisis management skills.
- Experience in construction, infrastructure, or real estate security.
- Knowledge of CCTV, access control, incident reporting, and emergency response.
