Mandatory Requirements

- 2–4 years of relevant professional experience.

- Prior experience in sales.

- Exposure to enterprise technology, IT services, or IT hardware/physical products is preferred.

- Solid problem-solving, strategic thinking, and execution skills.

About the Client A profitable, bootstrapped IT lifecycle company operating across multiple business verticals, including hardware, refurbishment, rentals, services, spares, IT asset disposition, and cloud solutions. The company is entering its next phase of growth, with ambitious plans to scale the business significantly over the next two years.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Work directly with the Director on business strategy, new business verticals, and key organisational priorities.

- Drive strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects from planning through execution.

- Support business planning, reviews, and tracking of key decisions and action items.





- Work across business units to drive growth initiatives and improve operational efficiency.

- Lead high-priority projects related to new verticals, internal systems, and business expansion.

- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely execution of strategic initiatives.

- Prepare presentations and business reports to support strategic decision-making.

Qualification & Experience

- MBA in Business Management, Strategy, or a related discipline.

- Experience in strategy, business operations, consulting, or business-facing roles would be an advantage.

- Exposure to B2B businesses or technology-led organisations is beneficial.
