- Nursing quality and patient safety
- Clinical governance and nursing standards
- Manpower planning, productivity and deployment
- Recruitment, retention and leadership development
- Accreditation, compliance and quality indicators
- Patient experience and multidisciplinary care
- Building a robust, accountable nursing leadership team

The ideal candidate should have 15+ years of nursing experience, with significant leadership exposure in a large multispecialty / tertiary care hospital. Qualification - B. Sc./M.Sc. Nursing
