We have the role of a CFO with our Client in Mumbai location.

The details are below

- Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with business objectives.
- Lead annual operating plan, budgeting and long-range financial planning.
- Develop revenue, EBITDA, cash-flow and profitability targets.
- Develop scenario planning for growth, slowdown, acquisitions and major investments.
- Provide financial insights to CEO, Board and business leaders.
- Establish visibility into profitability by profitability analysis, Salesperson/account profitability, Daily/weekly cash-flow monitoring, Accounts receivable management, Customer credit limits, DSO reduction, Collection forecasting, Vendor payment management, OEM credit utilization, Customer payment terms, Commercial terms, Tax implications, foreign exchange exposure and others.
- Help CEO/Board decide where to invest, where to grow and where to stop.




- Should manage surplus corporate cash by investing it in stocks, bonds, mutual funds, fixed deposits, government securities or other assets so that the company has a financial safety cushion.

Experience:

- 3 to 5 Years experience with a listed company, technology OEMs/distributors, large enterprise customers.
- Solid accounting, taxation, treasury and financial management
- Understands how an IT SI actually makes money.
- Can convert financial information into business decisions.
- Strong customer, OEM, distributor, bank and vendor negotiation skills.
- Able to lead finance while influencing sales, delivery, procurement and operations.
