Vyapt Strategy Group has an exclusive mandate to hire a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for a diversified manufacturing company based in Delhi NCR.

Compensation: ₹ 1.5 crore + per annum

Experience: More than 20 years of relevant exp.

The ideal candidate will bring:

▪ Strategic HR leadership experience across complex, multi-location manufacturing operations.

▪ Depth in industrial and employee relations,



alongside experience building a performance-driven culture.

▪ The commercial acumen and judgement to partner with senior management on growth, productivity and organisational effectiveness.

▪ The ability to translate strategic priorities into consistent execution across corporate and plant teams.
