About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and commercially oriented Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the Finance, Accounts, Treasury, Taxation, MIS, Compliance and Financial Planning functions of a growing construction/real estate organization.

The CFO will be a key member of the leadership team and will work closely with the MD/Directors, Project, Commercial, Sales, Legal and Business Development teams to drive financial discipline, profitability, cash-flow management and sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Financial Strategy & Leadership

- Develop and implement the company's overall financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the MD/Directors.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and long-term business planning.
- Monitor project-wise profitability, margins, costs and financial performance.
- Establish strong financial controls and governance across the organization.

2. Project Finance & Construction Finance
- Monitor project-wise P&L;, cash flow, cost-to-completion and profitability.
- Review project budgets, construction costs, variations and cost overruns.
- Develop project financial models and feasibility analysis for new projects.




- Monitor project funding requirements and ensure timely availability of funds.
- Work closely with Project and Commercial teams on cost optimization and financial controls.
- Evaluate project IRR, ROI, NPV and overall financial viability.

3. Treasury & Cash Flow Management
- Lead overall treasury and working-capital management.
- Prepare and monitor short-term and long-term cash-flow forecasts.
- Optimize fund utilization and liquidity.
- Manage banking relationships, working-capital facilities and project financing.
- Negotiate with banks and financial institutions for funding and financing arrangements.
- Ensure effective management of collections, payments and receivables.

4. Fund Raising & Financial Institutions
- Lead debt/equity fundraising initiatives as required.
- Manage relationships with banks, NBFCs, investors and financial institutions.
- Evaluate various financing structures for projects.
- Coordinate due diligence, financial documentation and lender requirements.
- Monitor debt servicing, covenants and financing costs.

5. Accounts, Audit & Compliance
- Oversee accounting operations and ensure accurate and time
