Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented CEO to lead the overall business operations, strategic growth, and profitability of a quartz mineral processing and mining business. The role involves end-to-end responsibility for mining operations, mineral processing plants, RMHS projects, erection and commissioning, Operations & Maintenance (O&M;), business development, and complete Profit & Loss (P&L;) management.

Overall Objective: To lead the organization as a business owner, ensuring profitable growth, operational excellence, successful project execution, protected mining and processing operations, and long-term business sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Strategy & Leadership

- Develop and execute business strategies for sustainable growth, operational excellence, and profitability.
- Lead business operations across mining, mineral processing, engineering projects, and O&M; services.
- Drive organizational performance, resource optimization, and achievement of business objectives.

2. Mining & Mineral Processing Operations

- Oversee quartz mining, extraction, crushing, screening, washing, and processing operations.
- Ensure production efficiency, product quality, yield improvement, and cost optimization.
- Manage mining leases, statutory approvals, environmental compliance,



and regulatory requirements in coordination with relevant teams.

3. RMHS Projects Erection & Commissioning

- Lead execution of Raw Material Handling System (RMHS) projects, from MEC teams, including engineering coordination, procurement, erection, installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Ensure project delivery within approved budgets, timelines, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Monitor project progress, contractor performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Establish systems for project planning, execution monitoring, quality assurance, and risk management.
- Ensure effective coordination among engineering, procurement, production, mining, projects, finance, HR, and sales teams.
- Drive continuous improvement, productivity enhancement, and timely delivery of customer commitments.

4. Operations & Maintenance (O&M;)

- Oversee O&M; contracts for mineral processing plants, material handling systems, and associated industrial facilities.
- Improve equipment reliability, plant availability, preventive maintenance, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, service-level agreements, and contractual commitments.

5. Business Development & Sales

- Identify and develop new business opportunities both for domestic and international, for processing quartz mineral viz. GRIT and Filler for applicable Quartz industries, Engineered Stone, Glass making, Ferro Alloys/Refractories etc.,




- Build strategic relationships with industrial customers, and mineral processing companies.
- Lead client negotiations, commercial proposals, tendering, contract finalization, and revenue growth.

6. Financial Management & P&L; Responsibility

- Hold complete Profit & Loss responsibility, including revenue growth, profitability, cash flow, working capital, and cost management.
- Prepare annual business plans, operating budgets, forecasts, and capital expenditure proposals.
- Monitor project margins, operating costs, EBITDA, receivables, and return on investment.
- Drive cost controls, financial discipline, and sustainable business performance.

7. Safety, Compliance & Governance

- Ensure compliance with mining regulations, environmental requirements, industrial safety standards, labour laws, and applicable statutory obligations.
- Establish a strong safety culture across mines, processing plants, project sites, and O&M; operations.
- Report business performance, risks, and strategic initiatives to the Board of Directors / Promoters.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Proven leadership experience in mining, quartz or other mineral processing, heavy engineering, RMHS, or industrial project execution.
- Strong experience in mining operations, plant commissioning, erection, and O&M; management.
- Demonstrated capability in business development, key account management, and contract negotiations.
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated P&L; ownership and business profitability improvement.
- Experience in managing large teams, multiple project sites, operational budgets, and customer relationships.
- Excellent leadership, strategic planning, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
