Job Summary

We are looking for a Manager Treasury & Finance with hands-on experience in fundraising, banking proposals, credit appraisal and corporate finance. The candidate will be responsible for preparing funding proposals, coordinating with banks and NBFCs, managing lender relationships, and supporting the company's borrowing and financing requirements.

Candidates with relevant experience in a Bank, NBFC or Financial Institution, particularly in Credit, Corporate Finance, Treasury or Fundraising, are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and submit banking proposals, credit proposals and fundraising applications to banks, NBFCs and financial institutions.
- Prepare CMA data, Credit Appraisal Notes (CAN), financial projections and project reports for funding requirements.
- Analyze financial statements, balance sheets, cash flows, financial ratios and creditworthiness.
- Coordinate with lenders for loan applications, documentation, queries, sanctions and disbursements.
- Support negotiations on interest rates, loan terms, collateral, repayment schedules and financing structures.
- Monitor existing borrowing facilities, loan renewals, repayment schedules and compliance requirements.
- Prepare financial models, management reports and MIS related to funding and borrowings.
- Maintain accurate records of loan agreements,



sanction letters and financial documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Graduate or postgraduate in Finance, Commerce or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Credit, Corporate Finance, Treasury or Fundraising.
- Prior experience working with a Bank, NBFC or Financial Institution is preferred.
- Proven hands-on experience in preparing banking proposals and arranging funds.
- Strong understanding of CMA data, credit appraisal, financial analysis and lending processes.
- Excellent communication, coordination, negotiation and analytical skills.
- CA, MBA Finance or CFA qualification will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience Candidates who have directly handled funding proposals, lender coordination, credit documentation and fundraising through banks/NBFCs will be preferred.

Key: This role is focused on fundraising, banking proposals, credit analysis and financing coordination rather than routine accounting or bookkeeping.
