Profile: Chartered Accountant (CA) – Accounts & Finance

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

1. Accounts Management: Manage and oversee day-to-day Indian accounts, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journal entries, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations.
2. GST & Taxation Compliance: Handle GST returns, TDS, income tax, e-invoicing, e-way bills, and other applicable statutory filings and tax compliances within prescribed deadlines.
3. Financial Reporting & MIS: Prepare monthly financial statements, P&L; reports, balance sheets, cash flow statements, outstanding reports, and other financial MIS for management review.
4. Audit & Statutory Compliance: Coordinate internal, statutory, and tax audits; maintain accurate documentation; ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
5. Working Capital & Cash Flow Management:



Monitor receivables, payables, vendor payments, customer outstanding balances, cash flow, and working capital requirements to ensure smooth business operations.
6. Team Management & Financial Controls: Lead the accounts team, establish financial controls, verify accounting entries and transactions, ensure accurate books of accounts, and coordinate with banks, auditors, vendors, and internal departments.

Minimum Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) with at least 2 years of relevant experience in accounts and finance, preferably in a manufacturing or trading organisation. Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
