Role Description The Chartered Accountant at CLOCKWELL INTERNATIONAL will handle day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, and compliance activities for a diverse portfolio of clients. This full-time, on-site role based in Malappuram includes preparing and reviewing financial statements, overseeing bookkeeping, and supporting internal and external audits. The role involves managing tax computations and filings, ensuring adherence to GST, income tax, and other regulatory requirements, and advising clients on financial controls and process improvements.

Qualifications

- Strong accounting and auditing capabilities, including financial statement preparation, bookkeeping oversight, and support for internal and external audits.
- Solid knowledge of taxation and regulatory compliance, including GST, income tax, TDS/TCS, and related statutory filings.
- Experience with corporate and legal processes such as business registrations, certifications, and documentation review.
- Proficiency with accounting software, billing tools, and spreadsheets, with attention to accuracy and data integrity.
- Recognized Chartered Accountant qualification, with relevant professional registration or license as required.
- Effective analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple client engagements and deadlines.
- Transparent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain financial and compliance concepts to non-specialist stakeholders.
