Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage chargebacks, payment disputes, and transaction-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to defined SLAs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle chargebacks and disputes related to UPI, card payments, refunds, and other digital transactions.
- Investigate disputed transactions and collect supporting evidence.
- Coordinate with banks, merchants, and internal teams for dispute resolution.
- Track cases and ensure timely closure within defined TAT.
- Maintain dispute records and prepare MIS reports.
Required Skills:
- Experience in chargeback, payment operations,
dispute management, or banking operations.
- Basic understanding of digital payments, UPI, card transactions, and refunds.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
- Robust analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
