Orane International is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Center Manager to manage the overall operations of our centre in varanasi.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day centre operations.
- Lead and manage centre staff and ensure smooth functioning.
- Drive admissions, sales and revenue targets.
- Handle student/customer queries and grievances.
- Monitor centre performance and prepare regular reports.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and service quality.
- Coordinate with the corporate office and concerned departments.
- Maintain discipline, processes and overall centre standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Center Manager/Branch Manager role.
- Candidates from the Beauty & Wellness, Education, Salon, Spa or related industry will be preferred.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to achieve sales and operational targets.
- Comfortable managing multiple responsibilities.
