Roles and Responsibility

- Adhere to the menu duty roster for the department.

- Plan menus and control food costs.

- Manage daily operations, including indenting and inventory cost control.

- Ensure smooth functioning of the department.

- Maintain high standards of quality and service.

- Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

- Any graduate degree is required.

- Possess strong knowledge of food costing and menu planning.

- Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

- Robust attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
