About the job :

ServiceNow (ITOM) :

Must Haves :

- Robust practical and theoretical knowledge of ITOM (Visibility, Health, Event Management), HAM, and SAM.
- 5+ years of professional experience and proven success as a ServiceNow Application Specialist / Developer.
- Proven experience in Event Management implementation projects.
- Solid experience with CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping concepts.
- Sound knowledge of JavaScript development, with a focus on object-oriented programming and a solid understanding of class structures, class inheritance, and software design principles.
- In-depth knowledge of troubleshooting, performance optimization, and root cause analysis.
- Solid experience in designing and implementing integrations (REST/SOAP/PowerShell).
- Proven in-depth experience in managing ServiceNow implementation projects and integrating external systems using various integration technologies.




- Experience working in agile structures and implementing agile and hybrid projects, complemented by strong teamwork skills and goal orientation.
- Basic knowledge of AI technologies and their practical application.
- Basic understanding of AI ServiceNow platform capabilities (NowAssist).
- Experience as a full-stack developer is helpful but not required.
- ITIL Foundation level and project management certification are advantageous.

Nice to Have :

- ServiceNow certifications (CIS-Discovery, CIS-HAM, CIS-SAM).
- AIOps and observability tools experience.
- Knowledge of data-driven architecture.

Requirements :

- 2+ years of work experience with ITIL.
- 5+ years of work experience with ServiceNow.
- 2+ years of work experience with Software Asset Management.
