Career Development Officer / Executive – Inside Sales

We are hiring enthusiastic, confident, and target-driven sales professionals for a leading organisation in the higher education industry.

The role involves counselling prospective students and working professionals, handling leads, explaining educational programs, and converting enquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound sales leads through calls and virtual interactions.
- Counsel prospective students and working professionals on suitable educational programs.
- Explain course details, eligibility, fees, and program benefits.
- Follow up with prospective learners and convert leads into admissions.
- Achieve monthly sales and admission targets.
- Maintain accurate lead details and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.

Requirements

- Minimum 6 months of hardcore sales experience in any industry.
- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.




- Experience in outbound sales, inside sales, or consultative selling preferred.
- Strong sales aptitude and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- HSC or graduate qualification.
- Professional attitude and presentable personality.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods preferred.

Please note: Candidates must be comfortable working in a performance-driven setting.

Working Schedule

- Monday to Saturday
- 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
