DLP Vertical: Goregaon East, Thane, Chembur & Pune
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and working professionals on career development programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls and virtual counseling.
- Explain course details, fees, eligibility, and career outcomes.
- Follow up with prospective learners and convert leads into admissions.
- Achieve admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain CRM records and coordinate with internal teams.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: HSC accepted; graduates/postgraduates preferred.
- Strong outbound sales experience in a non-field role.
- EdTech experience preferred, but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication, fluency, confidence, and convincing skills.
- Strong sales aptitude and a target-driven mindset.
- Reliable employment history preferred.
Age Criteria
- Premium Vertical: Up to 35 years
- DLP Vertical: Up to 29–30 years
Compensation
- DLP Vertical: Up to ₹65,000 net/month
- Premium Vertical: Up to ₹70,000/month
Final salary depends on relevant experience, employment stability, and last drawn salary. The mentioned salary is not guaranteed. Working Schedule: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
