We are looking for a motivated and confident Career Counselor to promote and guide students regarding AIVQT (All India Virtual Qualifier Test) and the Schoovents student app. The candidate will help students understand assessment opportunities, career pathways, and available programs while supporting registrations and student engagement.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Counsel students about AIVQT and explain its purpose, benefits, and assessment process.
- Promote AIVQT among college students and fresh graduates.
- Guide students through the AIVQT registration process and provide the necessary information.
- Explain how students can use the Schoovents app to explore career opportunities and relevant programs.
- Contact students through phone calls, messages, and other communication channels.
- Follow up with interested students and assist them with registration and participation.
- Coordinate with college placement officers, faculty members,
and student coordinators to increase participation.
- Conduct student outreach activities and create awareness about assessment and career opportunities.
- Maintain student databases, registration records, and daily follow-up reports.
- Work towards achieving student registration, engagement, and outreach targets.
