Position: Caretaker

Salary: ₹12,000 in hand + ₹4,000 for food and accommodation

Total Monthly Compensation: ₹16,000

Duty: 24-hour care arrangement, with duties and rest breaks as per the assigned schedule

Job Responsibilities

- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
- Support residents with walking, mobility, and other daily activities while ensuring their safety.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
- Assist residents during meals and help maintain proper hydration.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in residents' rooms and surrounding areas.
- Observe residents' health and behaviour and promptly report any changes to the nursing staff.
- Assist nursing staff in routine patient-care activities as instructed.
- Follow infection-control procedures and maintain resident confidentiality.
- Handle residents with patience, compassion, dignity, and respect.




- Follow the duty roster and instructions given by the supervisor.

Additional Payment for 24-Hour Care For an assigned 24-hour care duty, an additional payment of ₹200 per day will be applicable, as per the organization's approved policy and duty records.

Eligibility and Requirements

- Caring, responsible, and patient attitude.
- Ability to assist elderly residents with daily activities.
- Willingness to work in shifts and follow assigned duty schedules.
- Positive hygiene, punctuality, discipline, and teamwork.
- Previous caregiving experience will be an advantage.

Note: The 24-hour care arrangement must include appropriate rest breaks and relief coverage. The ₹200 daily payment is subject to the approved duty arrangement and applicable employment rules. Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
