Key Responsibilities:-

- Prepare the cardiac operating theatre, surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies before procedures.

- Assist surgeons and the cardiac surgical team during cardiac operations.

- Perform scrub and circulating nurse duties as required.

- Maintain strict aseptic techniques and infection control protocols.

- Monitor surgical equipment, instrument counts, and sterile supplies.

- Coordinate with anesthesiologists, perfusionists, surgeons, and other OT staff.

- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with hospital protocols.

- Support patient safety throughout the perioperative period.

Qualifications &

Experience Required:-

- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing or equivalent recognized nursing qualification.

- Valid nursing registration as applicable(MNC).

- 1–3 years of experience in an Operation Theatre (OT);

experience in a Cardiac OT is preferred.

- Knowledge of cardiac surgical instruments, sterile techniques, and OT protocols.

- Robust teamwork, communication, and patient safety skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
