1. Direct Patient Care & Triage

- Assess and treat day-to-day minor injuries and illnesses (e.g., cuts, scrapes, bug bites, sunburns, sprained ankles, fevers, and homesickness).
- Administer routine and prescribed medications to campers and staff according to physician instructions, keeping medications strictly organized and locked away.
- Manage communicable disease outbreaks (e.g., conjunctivitis, chickenpox, or stomach bugs) by isolating sick individuals and initiating prevention protocols.
- Provide emergency care, including first aid, CPR, and stabilization during severe incidents until emergency medical services (EMS) arrive.

1. Operations & Administration

- Manage the Camp Health Center, ensuring it is kept clean, sanitary, and adequately stocked with medical supplies.
- Review health forms and histories prior to or during camper check-in to identify allergies, chronic conditions, special diets, or specific medical restrictions.
- Maintain strict documentation, including a confidential daily medical log of all treated injuries, illnesses,



and administered medications.
- Prepare and restock first aid kits distributed to different camp areas, cabins, or off-site excursions.

1. Communication & Collaboration

- Liaise with camp leadership (e.g., Camp Director) regarding health trends, facility safety risks, and major incidents.
- Contact parents and guardians to provide updates on their child's health status, overnight health center stays, or emergency situations.
- Train camp counselors and staff during pre-camp orientation on basic first aid, allergy awareness (like Epi-Pen usage), and recognizing health warning signs.

Work Schedule
- Rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, as per hospital requirements.

Salary Market-competitive salary and benefits, based on qualifications and experience.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
