Role & responsibilities

1. Manage day to day vendor payments

2. Validate / review each & every invoice 3 ways check (PO, GRN, Invoice), check with GSTR 2B , TDS compliance

3. Working Knowledge of processing of import payments

4. Handle statutory , internal , tax & other audits.

5. Review Bank reconciliation

6. Vendor reconciliation

7. Coordinate with cross function for various things

8. Manage physical count of inventory & reconcile with books

9. Review COGS & material consumption

10. Support in GST , TDS reconciliation

11. Month end closure related to payable

12. Prepare various analysis Vendor ageing, avg delay in invoice payment, BOM cost

13. Periodical review of vendor master, PO short closure & slow-moving inventory

14. Review of debit / credit note

15. Automate account payable function related activities in the ERP

Preferred candidate profile

1. CA – 5 Years + experience in finance controller / accounts payable role of manufacturing co.

2. Knowledge of ERP (Microsoft dynamics will be prefer)

3. Ability to handle team size > 5 members

4. Excellent communication skills

5. Valuable knowledge of GST , TDS & custom.
