Key Responsibilities

- Quality Assurance & Audits: Conduct independent quality reviews of Policy Servicing processes, identify control gaps, perform root cause analysis, and drive corrective actions (CAPA).
- Audit Governance (SPOC): Act as the primary SPOC for Internal/External Audits, Compliance Reviews, and Regulatory Inspections. Coordinate evidence submission, manage trackers, and ensure timely closure of observations.
- Process Re-engineering: Evaluate end-to-end processes to simplify, standardize, and automate workflows, improving turnaround times (TAT), quality, and customer experience.
- Strategic Initiatives: Assess operational risks for new initiatives, support digitization/automation projects,



and represent Policy Servicing in cross-functional transformations.

- Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) (Freshers welcome).
- Skills: Solid understanding of internal controls, risk management, and SOP governance.
- Competencies: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
