Hiring CA Interns – Surveillance Team | Mumbai

Are you a CA student looking to gain practical exposure in the fascinating world of capital markets, compliance, and market surveillance?

We are looking for CA Interns to join our Surveillance Team and work closely on monitoring, analysis, regulatory compliance, and risk management activities within the securities market ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

? Generate and monitor surveillance alerts based on defined surveillance parameters.

? Analyze suspicious transactions through review of client order books, trade books, and demat records.

? Interact with clients to obtain information required for surveillance investigations.

? Coordinate with Operations and IT teams to gather and validate data for alert analysis.

? Review and respond to surveillance alerts, queries, and communications received from Stock Exchanges.





? Ensure timely exchange reporting and regulatory compliance.

? Evaluate existing surveillance frameworks and recommend enhancements to improve alert quality and effectiveness.

? Track regulatory developments, assess their impact, and support implementation of required changes in systems, policies, and procedures.

? Maintain surveillance records, alert databases, and audit documentation while supporting internal and external audits.
