We are looking for a skilled C/C++ Developer with hands-on U2L (Unix-to-Linux) migration experience to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills in C/C++, excellent debugging and performance optimization capabilities, and practical experience migrating C/C++ applications from Unix-based environments to Linux platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, debug, and enhance applications using C/C++.
- Perform Unix-to-Linux (U2L) migration of existing C/C++ applications.
- Analyze application compatibility issues and resolve platform-specific code and dependency challenges.
- Debug complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.
- Optimize application performance, memory usage, and resource utilization.
- Write and maintain Unix/Linux shell scripts for automation, builds, and deployment activities.
- Use Git for source code management, version control, and team-oriented development.
- Conduct application testing and validation to ensure functionality and stability after migration.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure successful migration and deployment.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong programming experience in C and C++.
- Hands-on experience in U2L migration of C/C++ applications.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in performance optimization and profiling.
