Bachelor of Engineering (BE)
Place the schedule with the suppliers as agreed with the Strategic Sourcing and Pricing manager . Contact suppliers in order to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems
Supports all material cost reduction initiatives for the category(s)
Ensures the PO price and other terms are same as the price and terms agreed by the Sourcing Price
Ensures performance tracking of suppliers on the quality and delivery parameters
Track the status of requisitions, contracts, and orders
Tracking GRN preparation and QC acceptance for procured castings.
Provide the status of various orders to the Central Planning team
Assist in preparing the Procurement MIS and other reports
Ensure compliance of procurement processes such as Procurement planning, PR to Pay process
