Role Description The Buyer is a full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad, responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement of IT products and services that support secure and reliable operations. On a day-to-day basis, the Buyer will source vendors, request and evaluate quotations, negotiate pricing and terms, and ensure timely ordering and delivery of hardware, software, and related services.

The role includes maintaining accurate purchase records, tracking inventory levels, coordinating with internal stakeholders to understand requirements, and ensuring compliance with company procurement policies. The Buyer will also monitor supplier performance,



support cost-optimization initiatives, and collaborate with finance and operations teams to reconcile purchase orders, invoices, and budgets.

Qualifications

- Strong procurement and vendor management skills, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract coordination.
- Ability to analyze quotations, compare technical and commercial terms, and make cost-effective purchasing decisions.
- Knowledge of IT products and services, especially those related to secure infrastructure, cybersecurity, and software licensing.
- Proficiency in using procurement or ERP tools, spreadsheets, and documentation systems to manage purchase orders and records.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with technical, finance, and operations teams.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent requests and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or a related field; relevant certifications in procurement or supply chain are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a buyer or procurement role within IT or technology-focused organizations is preferred.
