We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with 2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the corporate gifting industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth through customized gifting solutions for corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new corporate clients for gifting solutions.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and referrals.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable gifting products and branding solutions.
- Prepare quotations, presentations, and sales proposals.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Attend corporate meetings, exhibitions, and promotional events when required.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Valuable understanding of B2B sales and client handling.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting.
- Strong presentation and follow-up skills.
- Target-driven and self-motivated approach.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
- 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or corporate gifting industry preferred.
Preferred Qualities
- Experience in handling corporate accounts and bulk orders.
- Creative approach toward gifting ideas and branding solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
