Role Description The Buyer will manage end-to-end procurement activities for Digital TSL Gestión de Talento in Bengaluru in a full-time, on-site capacity. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and evaluating suppliers, requesting and comparing quotations, negotiating pricing and terms, and raising purchase orders in line with company policies.

The Buyer will monitor delivery schedules, follow up on order status, and coordinate with internal teams such as operations, finance, and logistics to ensure timely availability of materials and services. The role also involves maintaining accurate procurement records, tracking key metrics such as cost, quality, and delivery performance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in the purchasing process. The Buyer will collaborate with stakeholders to understand demand, manage inventory levels, and contribute to cost-optimization and risk-mitigation strategies.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in procurement or buying, including supplier sourcing, quotation management, and purchase order processing.




- Strong negotiation and contract management abilities, with a focus on cost control, quality, and delivery reliability.
- Competence in data analysis and basic reporting, using spreadsheets or procurement systems to track spend, lead times, and vendor performance.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with suppliers and cross-functional internal teams.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple concurrent requests.
- Familiarity with ERP or procurement software and standard purchasing procedures and documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field; qualified certifications in purchasing or supply chain are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and adapt to a fast-paced environment while maintaining ethical and compliant purchasing practices.
