We are looking for an experienced Business Transformation Analyst with strong exposure to the Asset Management / Investment Management domain . The ideal candidate should understand investment products and services and have experience supporting RFPs, consultant questionnaires, and client documentation .
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in Asset Management / Investment Management .
- Strong understanding of investment products, services, and business processes .
- Experience with RFPs and consultant questionnaire responses is preferred.
- Understanding of the investment business and financial products.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications , particularly MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong proofreading and peer-review skills, with attention to grammar, spelling, formatting, and consistency.
- Ability to manage multiple client requests, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively on large and complex client requests.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance , or equivalent experience.
- FINRA/NASD licenses such as Series 6/7 and 63/66 are preferred but not mandatory.

Preferred Candidate Profile: Candidates with experience in Asset Management, Capital Markets, Investment Operations, RFP Management, Client Reporting, Consultant Relations, or Investment Research/Analysis will be preferred.
