Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Business Operations Intern to support our day-to-day business activities. This role is ideal for candidates who want to understand how businesses operate, coordinate across departments, manage workflows, and contribute to organizational growth.

The selected candidate will work closely with different teams, assist with operational planning, maintain reports, monitor task progress, and support management in ensuring smooth business operations.

Please note: This is a night-shift position aligned with US business hours. Candidates must be comfortable working night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in managing daily business operations and internal workflows.
- Coordinate with sales, underwriting, business development, and other relevant departments.
- Maintain daily reports, trackers, records, and operational documentation.
- Monitor task completion, deadlines, and workflow progress.
- Support management in planning, organizing, and improving operational processes.
- Assist with client coordination, follow-ups, and professional business communication.
- Analyze basic operational data and prepare performance summaries.
- Identify workflow gaps and suggest practical improvements.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and internal coordination activities.
- Handle other business operations tasks as assigned by management.

Eligibility & Requirements




- Bachelor's degree pursuing candidates or recent graduates may apply.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to learn, take responsibility, and work collaboratively.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Must be comfortable working a night shift aligned with US business hours.
- Willingness to work from the office in Mohali, Punjab.
