The Sales Head will own the overall digital business P&;L and lead business strategy, AOP planning,

and profitable growth across E-commerce, D2C, Performance Marketing, Customer Retention,

CRM, Business Analytics, Marketplaces, Customer Experience, and other strategic business verticals. The role requires solid commercial acumen, data-driven decision-making, cross-

functional leadership, and ownership of business performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the online business P&L;, revenue, profitability, and growth.
- Define business strategy, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), budgets, forecasts, and long-

term growth roadmap.
- Drive growth across D2C, E-commerce, Marketplaces, Performance Marketing, and emerging business channels.
- Optimize ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, AOV, LTV, customer retention, and overall customer experience.
- Lead CRM, loyalty, lifecycle marketing, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Analyze business performance, customer behavior, sales trends, and campaign effectiveness to drive strategic decisions.
- Oversee promotions, forecasting, and business planning.




- Build dashboards, KPIs, and business reports to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Technology, Supply Chain, Retail, Finance, and

Customer Experience teams to achieve business goals.
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams across E-commerce, D2C, Performance

Marketing, CRM, Business Analytics, Marketplace Growth, and Customer Experience.
- Drive process excellence, automation, innovation, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.
- 1015+ years of experience in E-commerce, D2C, Performance Marketing, Business Strategy,

or Digital Business Leadership.
- Proven experience managing P&L;, AOP planning, business strategy, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong commercial, analytical, and leadership capabilities.
- Experience in retail, consumer, fashion, footwear, lifestyle, or FMCG brands preferred.
