We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Business Growth Manager to drive business expansion, identify current market opportunities, improve revenue, and manage growth initiatives across our businesses in the wedding, events, digital marketing, and technology sectors.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of business strategy, market research, sales, marketing, and team coordination. We need someone who can take ownership, execute ideas, solve problems, and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement business growth strategies.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Identify new business opportunities and revenue streams.
- Plan and execute market testing for new ideas and services.
- Drive sales, lead generation, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships.
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, and operations teams.
- Set business targets and monitor performance through reports and KPIs.




- Analyse business performance and recommend improvements.
- Work closely with the founder on business expansion and new initiatives.
