Role Overview

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 0 to 2 years of post-qualification experience to join our Business Finance team. The role offers exposure to financial planning and analysis (FP&A;), budgeting, forecasting, business performance analysis, deal support, and management reporting within the IT services or a similar industry. The ideal candidate will have strong financial fundamentals, analytical ability, attention to detail, and the willingness to learn in a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and long-range business plans.

- Analyse financial performance and prepare variance analysis against budgets and forecasts.

- Assist in preparing management reports, dashboards, and business review presentations for leadership.

- Support business and sales teams with deal pricing, financial modelling, and commercial analysis.

- Monitor key business metrics, including revenue, margins, costs, and profitability; highlight trends and exceptions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial and operational data and support informed decision-making.





- Support month-end and quarter-end reviews while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance in financial reporting.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 0 to 2 years of post-qualification experience.

- Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

- Articleship or work exposure in audit, advisory, FP&A;, corporate finance, or business finance will be advantageous.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; exposure to Power BI or other reporting tools is an advantage.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to learn quickly and work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
