1. Business Process Excellence: Develop, review and standardize business processes, policies, SOPs and workflows across departments to improve efficiency, accountability and operational consistency.
2. Performance Management & MIS: Establish KPIs, dashboards and performance monitoring mechanisms to track departmental and project performance, identify gaps and facilitate timely corrective actions.
3. Operational Excellence: Identify process bottlenecks, eliminate inefficiencies and drive cost optimization, productivity improvement and effective resource utilization across real estate operations.
4. Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Project Execution, Planning, Sales, CRM, Finance, Procurement, Contracts, HR and other functions to improve coordination and ensure alignment with business objectives.
5. Governance & Compliance: Strengthen internal controls, process adherence, documentation and governance mechanisms; monitor compliance with approved policies, delegated authority and applicable standards.
6. Continuous Improvement: Lead process improvement initiatives using root cause analysis, benchmarking, best practices and structured problem-solving methodologies to enhance business outcomes.
7. Project & Business Reviews: Facilitate periodic reviews of project milestones, budgets, timelines, operational performance and key risks; track action plans and ensure closure of critical issues.
8. Change Management: Drive implementation of new systems, process improvements and digital initiatives, ensuring stakeholder alignment, adoption and measurable business benefits.
9. Strategic Initiatives: Support senior management in translating business strategy into actionable initiatives,



monitoring execution and evaluating the effectiveness of improvement programs.
10. Team Leadership: Lead and develop the Business Excellence team, establish priorities and promote a culture of accountability, process discipline and continuous improvement.

Educational Qualification MBA / PGDM in Operations, Business Management, Finance or a related discipline. Engineering qualifications with relevant business excellence experience will be an added advantage.

Experience

17-20 years of relevant experience in Business Excellence, Operational Excellence, Process Improvement, Strategy or Performance Management, preferably in real estate, construction, infrastructure or large project-based organisations.

Required Skills

- Solid analytical, problem-solving and process improvement capabilities.
- Expertise in SOP development, process mapping, KPI frameworks and MIS dashboards.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, ISO management systems and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and business intelligence tools such as Power BI.
- Ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.
