Designation: Business Development Specialist – SaaS / B2B Software Sales

Experience: 1–3 years preferred

Location: Erode/Coimbatore/Thiruppur and nearby areas

Work Model: Hybrid + Field

₹ Salary: 20,000– 25,000 + Incentive

Responsibilities

 Generate current B2B leads through field visits, calls, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases.

 Identify companies that require Business Softwares.

 Customer profiling and requirement gathering.

 Conduct initial discussions with decision-makers.

 Schedule and conduct product demos to showcase the software and its key features.

 Coordinate with Sales Lead / Presales team for demos.

 Follow up on proposals and commercial discussions.

 Identify, connect and onboard suitable channel partners/business associates for lead generation and regional business development.





 Maintain daily activities and opportunities in CRM.

 Develop business in your city and nearby connected cities.  Prepare daily/weekly/monthly BD reports.

 Achieve monthly meeting, qualified-lead and revenue targets.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
