Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development (Scouting) professional to support Burger Singh's franchise expansion across India. The ideal candidate will identify and evaluate new outlet locations, coordinate with brokers and franchise partners, conduct market research, and contribute to the brand's growth by ensuring the selection of high-potential sites.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, evaluate, and recommend potential retail locations for franchise expansion across India.

Conduct market research, competitor mapping, and catchment analysis.

Build and maintain relationships with brokers, landlords, consultants, and franchise partners.

Assess site feasibility and provide recommendations for new outlet openings.





Prepare location evaluation reports, trackers, and presentations.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of expansion projects.

Support franchise growth initiatives through effective site scouting and market intelligence.

Travel across India for site visits and market assessments as required.

Qualifications & Skills :

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

Experience in business development, retail real estate, franchise expansion, or a similar role.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Valuable analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

Knowledge of retail real estate, leasing, and market trends is preferred.

Willingness to travel extensively across India.
