Designation: Business Development Officer (BDO) Address: Ballygunge, Kolkata,

Education: B. Com / BBA / B. Sc & (MBA preferred).

Experience: 4 to 5 years Marketing & business development from Education, insurance,

telecom, banking.

Key Responsibilities

- Obtain school permissions for contests and activities.
- Conduct Parent Presentations.
- Generate leads and support business growth initiatives.
- Support franchisees (approx. 10) in business growth and retention activities.




- Execute local marketing activities through franchisees.
- Collect marketing outstanding dues.
- Manage relationships with schools (approx. 40) and key stakeholders.

Skills Required

- Fluent in English and Bengali; conversational Hindi preferred.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel in data analysis.
- Robust communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience handling teams of 45 members are preferred to handle franchisees.

Travel Requirement

- Travel within Kolkata city and surrounding districts.
- Approximately 1012 travel days per month
