As part of our expansion, we are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development professional to develop corporate relationships and generate project opportunities across South India.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop new business opportunities with corporate clients, architects, interior designers, builders, developers and project owners.
· Promote GLOBALPLUZ's design services, premium flooring, tiles, façade materials and related project solutions.
· Identify upcoming projects, generate qualified leads and convert opportunities into confirmed business.
· Build long-term client relationships and strategic partnerships.
· Conduct client meetings, project visits, presentations and regular follow-ups.
· Develop the assigned territory and maintain an active project pipeline.
· Achieve agreed business development targets and submit regular activity reports.
Candidate Requirements
· 2–3 years of experience in business development, corporate sales, project sales or related fields preferred.
· Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
· Experience in construction, architecture, interiors, real estate or building materials will be an advantage.
· Self-motivated, professionally presented and target-oriented.
· Willingness to travel extensively across South India is essential.
· Proficiency in English and Tamil preferred; Malayalam and other South Indian languages will be an advantage.
