- Respond to inbound wholesale leads that come from our ads and understand what they need.
- Talk to shop owners and resellers by chat and call, and build their trust.
- Answer customer questions and concerns clearly and honestly.
- Share the collection and prices, and close wholesale orders.
- Follow up with leads and customers on the agreed dates.
- Work with the operations and accounts teams on billing, payment and dispatch.
- Share tracking details with customers and help with delivery issues.
- Keep lead and order records accurate and up to date.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
