We are looking for a Business Development Officer to help our company find new customers, develop business opportunities, and increase sales. The candidate will communicate with potential clients, understand their requirements, explain our products and services, and follow up with them.
Responsibilities
- Find new customers and business opportunities.
- Generate leads through calls, emails, online platforms, and other sources.
- Contact potential customers and introduce our products and services.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Conduct client meetings and product demonstrations when required.
- Prepare and send quotations and proposals.
- Follow up with potential customers regularly.
- Negotiate with customers and help close sales.
- Maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and sales.
- Coordinate with the technical and other internal teams regarding customer requirements.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Prepare regular sales and business development reports.
- Travel for client meetings when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to communicate confidently with customers.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and email.
- Ability to work with sales targets.
- Self-motivated and willing to learn.
- Experience in software/IT sales will be an advantage.

Salary: As per experience and company standards
